  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. This option is perfect if you need your products faster.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days (Monday through Friday). This service is available on select products. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.

Shipping costs for each option will be calculated during checkout, based on your selected shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address.


2. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all U.S. states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at info@luxhato.net to inquire about potential international shipping options.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that certain remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times or higher shipping costs. We will notify you if we encounter any issues shipping to your location.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
