1. Return Eligibility

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Full name and contact info

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or refund request

  • Photo evidence (if item is damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will cover shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
